Job Description

Implement effective HR Strategy to support business needs

Develop cost-effective modern HR operational which fit with the culture of the company

Develop talent acquisition strategy to acquire best talent and staff retention

Create key indicator performance standard and reviews the KPIs monthly

 

Key Qualifications

Having at the least bachelor degree from all disciplines but preferred from Psychology or Human Resource Management

Having at least 10 years’ experience in HR Top Management level handling all HR aspect roles from related industry

Proven experiences in developing new HR system as one of the core success in previous company

Able to analyze HR action that required by the company to support the business needs.

Having excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Able to work as a team and lead an example as a leader
