Responsible for the implementation, development and evaluation of People Development, through soft skills training and skills, counseling, coaching, motivation, can arrange matrix competency, arrange training schedules annually and periodically. Preparing reports regarding the performance appraisal of all employees. Responsible for compiling, revising, implementing and disseminating at the HRGA Dept. along with all the supporting documents. Handling KITAS or VISA for Japanese employees. Other tasks related with this position. EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS : Education: Bachelor Degree Language: English Upper-Intermediate Level. Japanese skill will be a big advantage Experience: 4-5 years in HRGA field of Automotive Manufacturing Industry Experienced handle labor union BENEFIT: THR BPJS Meal Transportation Detail will be discussed in interview ONLY CV IN ENGLISH WILL BE PROCESSED
