Partnership Development Representative

We are looking for a junior sales person to join our rapidly growing Sales team. This team focuses on the largest enterprises in Indonesia, educating them on the benefits of OnlinePajak and cloud based efficiency tools in general with the goal of growing their use of the platform, including tax preparation, tax filing and tax payment. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, personal growth and is hungry for delivering fantastic solutions to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities that will fuel the Sales pipeline

  • Daily integration with our CRM to adopt accounts, leads, contacts, and opportunities according to sales department best practices, policies, and procedures

  • Ability to understand customer requirements and identify potential OnlinePajak solutions to fulfill requirements

  • Work closely with our Sales Managers to develop potential customer lists and sales strategies to drive new business opportunities

  • Engage with senior executives within Indonesian companies

  • Discover, research and build the profile of potential customers to further qualify Sales opportunities

  • Exceed monthly and quarterly goals, including outbound calling (30-40 calls per day)

  • Maintain strong cross-functional relationships with other OnlinePajak teams for the purposes of opportunity identification, customer implementation and proposal development

 


Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or above) from a top university, with high grades

  • Minimum 2 years in high-volume sales prospecting within a technology/saas company

  • Proven success in meeting sales targets

  • Strong written and spoken Bahasa and English skills

 

Preferred qualifications

  • Tax or accounting experience

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Experience driving growth in an ambiguous and complex environment as the business evolves

  • Entrepreneurial and curious in nature, hungry for growth and responsibility
