IndustriFood and Beverage
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Good knowledge in western dessert
- Minimal Education : Diploma with major Culinary, Hotel & Tourism, Vocational School is Welcome
- Minimal 1 Year Experience Same Field, Preferably from Food & Beverages
- Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line chef, restaurant cook or prep cook.
- Excellent understanding of of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Has a pleasing personality, and positive outlook
- A self-motivated fast learner
- Flexible, adaptable, willing to work in operational working hours/shift schedule.
- Prepare a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, pies, bread, etc.
- Create new and exciting desserts to renew our menus and engange the interest of customers
- Decorate pastries using different icing, topping, etc
- Monitor stock for baking ingredients such as four, sugar etc.
