Job Description: plan and market products to attract potential customers (wedding or non-wedding). Assists in developing working relationships with outside vendors and establishing prices and service agreements to enhance the event experience and to increase additional revenue opportunities for the property as needed. Creates opportunities to up sell during event planning. Assists in managing department controllable expenses to achieve or exceed budgeted goals. Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service Creates an atmosphere in all event management operations areas that meets or exceeds guest expectations. Responds to and handles guest problems and complaints. Empowers employees to provide excellent customer service. Ensures employees understand expectations and parameters. Requirement: Female. Max. 35 years old. Work experience at least2 y ears in the same position. Min. Bachelor Degree from any major communicative. Able to communicate in English. Creative, honest, independent, responsible, discipline and hard worker. Have a good ability to work both as team or individual, willing to work in shift. Able work in Taman Impian Jaya Ancol area.
