The Sales & Marketing Executive is primarily conduct market analysis and suppliers, visit and engage with suppliers (transportation, rental and tour companies). Besides, he/she will deal with the entire supplier-related deals after getting cooperation, such as booking tickets, schedule and price updates, monitoring passengers, working with admin and Customer Service. The Sales & Marketing Executive is also responsible for plan and conduct promotion to increase sales and brand awareness and required to create a report of weekly activities and cooperation gained each month.  Roles & Responsibilities: Do Procurement of new suppliers (Bus, Train, Ferry & Car) Conduct market analysis and suppliers. Demonstrate Easybook Application along with its features that are useful to suppliers. Make plans to attract suppliers and customers. Promoting and enhancing brand awareness Responsible for ticket prices and schedules that appear on Easybook web. Responsible for booking tickets and passengers. Able to help do implementation Creating reports: weekly work and monthly contracts, and promotions. Service current suppliers and building a good relationship with suppliers. To do networking and look out for business opportunities for the interest of the company. To look after and develop specific regions allocate by superior Must be able to travel within country or overseas if needed. Analyse competitor's website, ground update and consumer behavior. Help to plan and strategies with superior To achieve KPIs and targets set by company. Qualifications and Requirements: S1 graduates in all fields. At least three years’ experience on Marketing, Sales and Strategy (preferably in transportation and/or travel industry). Familiar with the use of computers/laptops and mobile phone apps. Can operate Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office well. Willing to learn and work hard. Able to work under pressure. Can work effectively both as a team player and an individual contributor. Able to communicate in English (both written and spoken) would be an advantage. Able to start work immediately would be preferred.
