- SMA/ D3 from Hospitality/ Tourism/ Hotel Management or Equivalent.
- At least have 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Have a good knowledge about F&B services.
- Strong will in training, coaching, counselling
- Good leadership, analysis and problem solving.
- Process, result and services oriented
- Good looking and charismatic
- Honest, Good attitude, Good Initiative and dynamic.
- Managerial skills and good communication.
- Fluent in English
- Willing to work in Jabodetabek
- Achieve KPI’s Service Department and KPI’s Outlet.
- Responsible in outlet’s operational activities.
- Responsible for build, maintain and develop excellent service to Customers.
- Responsible for developing team and leaders talent
- Managing service team, collaborate with kitchen team and all of supporting divisions
- Responsible for outlet’s operational reports.
