Job Description: Manages, proposes and implements all learning and development programs and strategies Conducts annual training and development needs assessment Develops and monitors spending againts the department budget Obtains and or develops effective training materials utilizing a variety of media Contribute to reporting on training activities and analyze data to drive results and learning effectiveness Requirements: Bachelor's degree from reputable university in any major At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
