Job Description: Direct all training and development activities to ensure they are conducted efficiently,cost efferctively anda in accordance with the organization’s policies and standards Analyze and indentify the training and development needs of employees Develop, deliver and evaluate training programs and curriculum so skills and performance of employees meet the organization’s requirements Design training curriculum and method Develop an overall training plan to meet the current and planned HR requirements of the organization Requirements: Maximum 29 years old Bachelor Degree of any major, preferable Psychology or Human Resources Management Minimum experience 2-3 years Good communication skill, have strong willing to work with limited supervisor Have strong initiative and able to develop people development program
